She's lived a century and knows what she's talking about: an oncologist told her about two products she's avoided her entire life.

Processed meats: an inviting appearance, a questionable composition.
Processed meats, such as sausages, cured meats, and canned goods, have become a symbol of progress. However, an oncologist has discovered that those who regularly consume them are at increased risk of developing digestive tract cancers, such as stomach and colon cancer. The doctor states that these products contain nitrites, phosphates, dyes, and other additives that can generate carcinogens during digestion

She described these products as a "convenient poison": easy to consume, but potentially dangerous. For this reason, she opted for simple foods: boiled meat, fish, and fresh vegetables.

Her lifestyle as a formula for longevity
(see continuation on the next page)
A balanced daily routine
Her day began with warm water with lemon and a teaspoon of flaxseed oil. Breakfast consisted of oatmeal with berries or cottage cheese, lunch was soup and a simple meat and vegetable dish, and dinner was light: salad or fish. She never ate after 6:00 PM. According to her, "her stomach needs to rest."

Constant exercise.
Even at nearly 100 years old, she walked about 2.5 kilometers a day to work. She didn't need to go to the gym: walking was an integral part of her daily routine. For her, exercise was "the best medicine."

An inner serenity.
She survived the war, experienced losses, and faced hardships. Yet, she remained serene. She believed that worrying about what cannot be changed is a waste of energy; on the contrary, one must act with serenity when faced with what can be changed.

Restful sleep and a well-established routine were essential.
He got up at six in the morning, exercised, worked, went for walks, and went to bed at ten. "The body appreciates predictability," he explained. Furthermore, he believed that quality sleep was more effective than any medication.

Her message is clear: "I want to live much more than a long life"; her secret lies not in exotic formulas, but in eliminating harmful substances like refined sugar and processed foods to prevent disease.
